Culinary Program
Every day, our culinary team arrives in the early hours of the morning to begin crafting freshly baked food items for our cafes. The same philosophy that dictates how we operate on the coffee side of things is applied in our kitchen: provide a healthy, responsibly sourced product, prepared with care and integrity.
Our culinary director Audra Thomas brings over a decade of experience and investment in her craft to our operations. She sources ingredients with deep intention, using local vendors whenever possible to help make our local economy more sustainable. She guides her team in ensuring that our food meets a high standard of quality consistently, day in and day out.
We feature classic standards like muffins, scones, cookies, and toast, as well as rotating seasonal menu items. All of our locations have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. At our Woodcroft cafe location, which has its own kitchen, you’ll find additional breakfast and lunch choices.
