Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your online order. You will receive an email notifying you your order has shipped from our Hillsborough Roastery with tracking information.
You may choose to pick up your order at our cafes in Durham or Chapel Hill:
- Orders received before 11am on Fridays will be available for pickup after noon on Tuesday.
- Orders received before 11am on Wednesday will be available for pickup after noon on Friday.
- If Friday is a holiday, your order will be available for pick up the following Friday.
- Please pick your order up at the register
We currently ship within the contiguous United States USPS. We also offer USPS shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
All orders are shipped from our Hillsborough, NC. Shipping times vary from 1 to 7 business days.

One discount can be redeemed per transaction.
Discount codes must be input at time of purchase during the checkout process. We cannot retroactively discount orders already in process.
Please note, our subscriptions are considered a discount and cannot be combined with a promotional code.

The best place for you to store your coffee is in the bag you have received it in or a sealed container. We do not recommend storing coffee in the freezer or fridge as the coffee will absorb odors and the moisture content could affect the freshness of the coffee.
Whole bean coffee stays fresh and at optimal flavor in a sealed container for up to a month. Ground coffee we recommend keeping it sealed for up to 2 weeks.
Select one of the coffee options on our subscription page, the grind setting, and the frequency of how often you would like to have coffee sent to you. You will get a notification a few days before your next order, which you can edit, pause, or cancel at any time.
