Sourced from the south end of the Malay Archipelago, our Organic & Fair Trade Timor is a unique coffee helping a great cause. As one of the largest single-source cooperative in the world with almost 20,000 member families, the Cooperative Cafe Timor (CCT) has made a lasting difference in East Timor since 2000. The CCT has helped these small scale family farms make infrastructure improvements in wet processing techniques and transportation measures to export only the highest quality coffee. The CCT has also used its Certified Fair Trade purchases to help rural residents of East Timor with health care by opening 8 full service clinics and 24 mobile units.
